This project adopts a well-structured 5-station welding line with coordinated processes to boost production efficiency.
Equipped with three spot welding robots (0.1mm positioning accuracy), it efficiently completes 80 weld points with consistent, high-quality welding for cabinet stability. One arc welding robot performs eight 120mm weld seams for reliable operation and superior weld quality.
The intelligent module auto-switching system supports 680 product models, enabling flexible production with fast automatic switching. The roller conveyor ensures smooth station-to-station transportation, and the offline flipping unit realizes automatic cabinet stacking, greatly cutting labor and time costs.
