I. Equipment Purpose and Working Principle
1.In the air conditioning industry, the "two devices" refer to evaporators and condensers. The automatic cleaning machine is a specialized automated equipment used in the production line of air conditioner heat exchangers. It is mainly used to remove aluminum chips, oil stains, copper powder, cutting residues, and dust remaining inside the copper tube circuits. It clears the heat exchange tubes to ensure smooth flow of the subsequent refrigerant circuit and improve the heat exchange efficiency of the air conditioner heat exchangers. It is widely used in the mass production of outdoor unit condensers and indoor unit evaporators.
2.The equipment uses high‑pressure air blow‑off combined with pulsed air impact, together with dry air or a dedicated cleaning medium, to perform reciprocating cleaning of the inner cavities of the copper tubes. Some models can be equipped with a dual‑mode operation of water‑mist cleaning or dry blow‑off.
